Commitment
Confidentiality is a fundamental element of how Ridgeway Property Works operates. All information exchanged as part of an engagement — financial records, business plans, correspondence and personal data — is treated with strict discretion.
Use of information
Client information is used only for the purposes of delivering the agreed Services, meeting legal or regulatory obligations, or where the Client has given specific consent for another use.
Access controls
Client information is accessed only by the Practice owner and, where absolutely necessary, by carefully selected service providers operating under written data-processing terms. No wider team has access to Client records.
Storage and security
Records are stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Physical documents, where they exist, are kept securely and disposed of using appropriate confidential-waste methods.
Disclosure
Client information is not disclosed to any third party without the Client's specific consent, except where disclosure is required by law or to meet a regulatory obligation such as reporting under Anti-Money Laundering rules.
