Service Agreement

Purpose

This Service Agreement summarises the standard terms on which Ridgeway Property Works delivers accounting and bookkeeping services to its clients. It should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and other legal documents on this site.

Scope of work

Each engagement is defined by the package selected or by a bespoke engagement letter. The scope covers the specific bookkeeping and financial record-management activities agreed in writing before work begins.

Deliverables and timing

Deliverables and timelines are agreed with the Client during onboarding. The Practice commits to delivering the agreed work within the timeframes specified, subject to timely provision of information by the Client.

Fees and payment

Fees are as published on the website or as agreed in the engagement letter. Payment terms and methods are set out in the Terms & Conditions.

Client obligations

The Client agrees to provide accurate information, to respond to reasonable queries within a sensible timeframe, and to notify the Practice of any material change in business circumstances.

Confidentiality and data protection

Confidentiality and data protection are handled in accordance with the Client Confidentiality Policy and Privacy Policy.

Term and termination

Each engagement runs for the duration described in the applicable package or engagement letter. Termination rights are set out in the Terms & Conditions.

Signature

By accepting a booking, quote or engagement letter — in writing or electronically — the Client confirms agreement to this Service Agreement and to the associated policies. Any questions should be raised with Rina Rai at info@ridgewayworks.co.uk before acceptance.
